Rey joined our team in 2017. He came to know Altmeyer because his daughter Christine is one of our directors. He is a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, the Filipino-American Ministries Choir, a member of Knights of Columbus at San Lorenzo Spiritual Center Council # 12378, and a small faith community member. He is a father of three and has one grandson. Rey is a retired Virginia Beach Public School employee and he resides in Virginia Beach with his wife Delia.
