Liz was born and raised in Alexandria Virginia. After graduating from the University of Mount Olive in North Carolina with her bachelor’s degree in psychology, she relocated to Virginia Beach. She is currently a special education teacher within the public school system and is working towards her associates degree in Funeral Service through Tidewater Community College. She joined the Altmeyer team in 2020 as an associate and strives to assist families in any manner necessary by providing the comfort and closure needed for the family all while honoring the wishes of the deceased. In her free time, Liz enjoys going on adventures with friends, spending time at the beach and cheering her daughters on at their respective sporting events.
