Brenda, so sorry to read of Bill’s passing. Just read in the Fall 2020 Long Blue Line. I was stationed with Bill @ Fifth District Office. NOTE: I am the son-in-law of the late Sam Keel.

To Uncle Manliff and Brenda.I was so saddened to hear of my dear Uncle Manliff passing away. He was always such a gentle and loving person. My brother and I would get a kick out of him making fun of a sporting event we were watching by telling us the game was fixed. If something was to happen, he would say “see he was told to do that” or “fumble the ball” etc. The heavens have gained a dear Saint and those who met or know him are better for it. Rest In Peace dear uncle until we hug again. Much Love and Prayers to you Brenda in being such a devoted and caring wife and life’s partner. Nephew Steve

So sorry for your loss. Always enjoyed seeing Bill at Pirates Cove and Creeds Cafe. He always joked our kitchens were not working.

Bill was always kind and welcoming when you passed him. At the Pirates Cove on the island where he and Brenda were regulars, he would always have something funny to say to make the staff bust out laughing. Prayers to Brenda and family.
