Wanda R. Waters departed this life on August 15th at home in Newport News, Virginia, she was born in Prince George’s County and attended the local schools in Anne Arundel County. Wanda is the mother of two sons and has 6 grandchildren, she also has 6 serving sisters and 6 serving brothers, both of her parents Marie Waters and Leroy Sr Waters are deceased, and a devoted friend, she loved her family and will be truly missed.
