Steve was a special person who I looked up to as a father figure in my life and to my siblings. He had a loving heart and always giving to those around him and even to those he had never met. He always encouraged me to further my education and always inspired me to be the best I can be and to make every dream come true. To him nothing was impossible when you set your mind to it and put in the work, you can accomplish any goal you set for yourself.. He also taught me that life has endless opportunities, seek and you shall find. The most important thing that Steve instilled in me was the love of God. He gave each of us the most powerful tool we will ever need in life, the Bible. There were also many other books that he gave us and our children about the teachings of Jesus. The most wonderful memories I have of Steve is the love that he shared with our mother. He gave her a beautiful life and treated us children as we were his own. He took great care of us, filled us with his wisdom and his unconditional love. He has instilled in me the life skills that I need to to keep being a better person. He also helped me with my daughter, Nathalie giving her love and care. He made sure that she was able to take swim lessons and have a good Christian education. Steve has helped us in so many ways. His love and teachings will live on through us.

Steve was my wonderful fiance. We spent 25 lovely years together. Steve was the strong foundation of our family taking great care of our family and friends. He liked cooking delicious food for our family and our neighbors. He was a very generous man making sure everyone had what they wanted and needed. Steve donated to many such as the Indian School, Inspirational Channel, and Blind Industries. He was a proud machinist for NASA where he worked for over 15 years. He was well requested for his expertise. Steve brightened everyone’s day with a hug and a smile. He was a Christian man who had a good relationship with God and shared God’s good news with everyone. He gave each one in the family a Bible and many Christian books. He inspired everyone to trust in the Lord and draw close to Him and the Lord will draw closer to you. Our love for each other will live on. Steve, my love is missed so much.

Steve was such a very talented machinist and trusted to produce test specimens from one-of-a kind unique materials for NASA. He moved the bar and was well respected and thought of highly by friends and colleagues at Langley Research Center. We sure will miss him. Prayers are with the family at this time.
