Soon Y. Dick, 84, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2016 at her home in Silver Spring, MD. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 18 from 11am-12pm followed by a service at 12pm at Altmeyer Funeral Home Denbigh Chapel, 12893 Jefferson Ave. Newport News, VA. Burial will follow at Peninsula Memorial Park.
