Shannon’s vibrant personality and quick wit were evident throughout her life. She dedicated over 20 years as an Account Specialist at Coldwell Banker Now, where her charm and expertise made her a favorite among colleagues and clients alike. When she wasn’t conquering the world of real estate, Shannon indulged in her passions for genealogy, crocheting, headbanging and singing loud her favorite songs for all to hear. Her cooking skills were legendary, and her green thumb turned her garden into a colorful oasis. Shannon enjoyed going to a baseball game and when it was time for some football, she was always cheering on the Dallas Cowboys with unwavering enthusiasm. Her faith in God never wavered and she placed all in his hands. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, creating cherished memories that will be treasured forever.

Shannon is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Edward Britt, who stood by her side through thick and thin. She leaves behind her children, Kayla Danner (Michael), Logan Newton, and Harleigh Britt, who were the light of her life. Her grandchildren, Tristan and Stanton Danner, brought immense joy to her days. Shannon’s fur babies, Luna and Noel, provided endless companionship and comfort.

She is also survived by her mother, Sherry Hughart (Romie), and her father, John Tucker (Julia). Shannon’s father-in-law, Tim Gifford, held a special place in her heart. She leaves behind her siblings, DeeAnn Snead (Kevin), Kelly Baldwin (Cody), and Robbie Tucker (Mary Payge), as well as her nieces and nephews, Justin, Madison, Morgan, Jesse, Brody, and Drake. Shannon’s brother-in-law, Todd Gifford (Samantha), was a cherished part of her extended family. Her cousin and best friend, Michael Foltz (Mandi), and his children, Zachary, Alex, Benjamin, Jonathan, and Jennifer, shared countless memories with her.
