In the early morning hours of Saturday, May 14, 2016, Rondal Clinton Belcher, 73, quietly slipped into the arms of his Heavenly Father. Mr. Belcher was born in Kentucky to Kenis Belcher and Edna Hackey.
Rondal married the love of his life, Judy and was employed as a Construction Inspector for the Virginia Department of Transportation. The Belchers have been faithful members of Azalea Garden Church of God for 15 years.
Left to cherish the memory of Rondal are his wife, Judy Horton Belcher; daughter, Veronica McGlothlin and her husband, Buddy; son, Eric Collins; step-daughter, Stephanie Austin and her husband, David; five grandchildren, Elyssia, Lauren Rose, Seth, Gabrielle and Christian; two step-granddaughters, Ashlee and Brooke Austin; brother, Hassel Belcher, Jr.; two sisters, Christine Pierce and Anna Richardson as well as a host of additional loving family and adoring friends.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 17th at Azalea Garden Church of God, 1541 Centerville Turnpike, Virginia Beach, VA from 6:30 pm-8:30 pm and a funeral service on Wednesday, May 18th at the church at 12:30 pm. Interment will be at Rosewood Memorial Park immediately following the funeral.
