04/18/1953 - 02/02/2024

Robert White, born on April 18, 1953, in Norfolk, Virginia, embarked on his final journey on February 2, 2024, at Sentara Virginia Beach General. He was 70 years old at the time of his passing.

Throughout his life, Robert touched the hearts of many with his infectious spirit and unwavering optimism. His dedication to his work was evident during his two-year tenure at Liberty Tax. Not only was he a hard worker, but he also had a zest for life that extended far beyond the office walls.

Among his many interests, Robert found immense joy in cruising on Carnival to the Bahamas alongside his beloved wife, Juliann. Together, they explored new horizons and created cherished memories that will forever remain in the depths of their hearts. Road tripping across the country to spend time with loved ones was another passion he held dear, always embracing the opportunity to strengthen family bonds. Robert had an insatiable thirst for travel, constantly seeking new experiences and adventures.

Sports, especially baseball, captivated Robert’s attention, keeping him engaged both as a spectator and an avid fan. His enthusiasm for the game was unmatched, and he relished in the camaraderie that came along with it.

However, above all else, Robert’s love for Jesus was the steadfast foundation of his life. A born again believer, he dedicated himself wholeheartedly to his faith, radiating kindness, compassion, and unwavering devotion. His unconditional love for others was a testament to the grace and goodness he found in his spiritual journey.

Robert’s zestful personality made him a beloved figure among family and friends, known as a jokester, goofball, and someone who loved laughter and fun. The memories of his infectious laughter and lightheartedness will forever bring warmth and comfort to those who knew him best.

Left with adoring memories and a profound sense of loss, Robert is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Juliann White. He also leaves behind his faithful 5-year-old Pomeranian and miniature pinscher mix named Kibbles, who provided constant companionship and unwavering love. Additionally, his wonderful mother in law, Dorothy A. Hutt who loved him dearly. Also his cherished brother, Mark Hairfield, and in-laws Ralph and Linda Hutt, as well as Steve and Bernice Gifford, mourn his loss while cherishing the memories they shared.

Robert White’s departure has left an immeasurable void, but his spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those whose lives he touched. May we all draw inspiration from the way in which he transformed every moment into an opportunity for laughter, joy, and love. Rest peacefully, Robert, knowing that your zest for life will continue to inspire us all.
