Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 56 years Carol (formerly Deans) Costen; son David Lee Costen and his wife Andrea; daughter Linda Costen Bigney and husband David; daughter Beth Anne Preece and her husband Mike; and precious grandsons Kyle Michael Preece, David Lee Costen II, and Russell David Bigney.

I will miss you, Uncle Sonny. I remember all of the nights talking, times listening to music and all of the weekends riding bikes. One day soon, I will see you again! Not only were you a great uncle but you were a great friend!

Years ago,Gene and I were going to Florida and Dick and Carol decided to join us ! Well….Carol did laundry all day and Dick just rolled his eyes as, the Hotel room had clothes hung everywhere, which was a memory in itself!! Many fond memories and too many to list!!We will miss him,but are so richly blessed to have had the privilege of many years of happiness!
