Phillip E. Pelland, 65, passed away July 5, 2016 at his home. Phil was born in Massachusetts and a graduate of Abington High School.
Phillip joined the US Navy shortly after high school and served for 20 years. Following retirement, Phil joined Life Touch as a Computer Programmer.
Phillip was predeceased by his parents Gerard and Estella Pelland. Left to cherish his memory are his brothers Raymond and his wife Sandra Jean of North Carolina and Arthur and his wife Sandra Jane of Massachusetts and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 13th at 11 am at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 929 S. Battlefield Blvd. Chesapeake.  In lieu of flowers, please click here to make contributions to the American Cancer Society.
