My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Mr. South hired me as his Assistant Student Activities Coordinator in 1995. I am grateful for the life lessons that he taught me while we worked together. He would be excited to know that Bayside gets an opportunity to host the first round of the VHSL State quarter-finals in girls lacrosse today. We hope to continue to make Mr. South proud. May his legacy live forever. #BaysideMarlinsForever

I just wanted to express my condolences to Coach South’s family and loved ones. He made such a big impression on all the students at Bayside. I also remember all the fun at the Church picnics at Bayville Park. RIP….you were LOVED by all!
Rene and Family, please accept our sincere condolences for the passing of your father. We remember him from your soccer days at PAHS.
