Mary V. Spoolman

Mary Virginia Spoolman, 84, passed away March 31, 2023. She was born in Chesapeake, VA, the daughter of the late Melvin and Elizabeth Shrieves. She was predeceased by her husband, Henry Allen Spoolman, Jr.; and sons, Brad Spoolman and Allen Spoolman. She leaves behind one son, Karl Douglas and wife Cynthia of Norfolk; daughter-in-law, Valerie Rodriguez and husband Peter of Chesapeake; four grandchildren, Henry Allen, Mandi, Holly. and Sammy, and one great-granddaughter, Zoey Elizabeth. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 5th 2023 at 5:00 PM, with an hour prior visitation at Altmeyer Funeral Home – Southside Chapel, 5033 Rouse Dr., Virginia Beach, VA.
