I am praying for Carl and family. She was a very special lady. She was a great encourager and her smile would light up a room her love for the Lord was obvious.
Our group The Crusaders of NC shared ministry with Martha, Carl, Penny, and the rest of The Old Time Gospel Singers for many years. We cherished Our Friendship and Ministry for the Lord Greatly.
Martha was a wonderful lady and she’s been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. She was such an awesome friend to my mom and played an important role in our church family. I remember her VBS nickname was “Musical Martha” because she taught the kids in music class. I’m so glad that she shared her gift of music with all us. She was even my wedding singer over 25 years ago. I’m going to miss her so much and the Hollinger family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Carl, so sorry to hear about Martha’s passing. I lost my husband 17 years ago and I know how difficult it is. God is with you and your family and His love will get you through this time of mourning. God Bless!
I enjoyed Martha’s music many years at many places that the group would sing. And as former member of Burrows, I was blessed to have interacted with her many times. My prayers are with you and your family. May God’s Peace give you comfort during this sad time.
The Richards/Hollinger name has been spoken in my life as long as I can remember. Ms. Martha’s musical gift brought such joy to everyone lucky enough to hear. Sending prayers for her family’s broken hearts. Sending love on behalf of my Grandmother Selma Underwood and Mother Carole Grissom.
