Lesley Josie Rodriguez, 55, passed away peacefully at her home in Norfolk, Virginia on October 11, 2023.  She was born in Virgina Beach, Virginia to the late James William Payne and Hazel Isabelle Weaver Payne.

She was a Beautiful Loving Wife, a Fantastic Loving Mother, and a Very Loved Grandmother and Loving and Caring Friend.

Josie is survived by her Wonderful Loving Husband, Robert M. Rodriguez Jr.  Her two sons, Trey Rodriguez and Todd Jeter(LaToyoria Jeter), one grandson, Tobias Jeter and her Loving Pet, Thor.

Josie is joined in heaven by our heavenly Father Jesus Christ and her son, Tyler Rodriguez and her Loving Mother, Isabelle Hazel Payne, her Brother, Jason Payne and Sister, Winnie Winfield and her Best Friend, Rebecca Tauge.

Josie may be gone but she will Never Be Forgotten and Will Forever be in Our Hearts.
