I worked for Larry at the State Water Control Board. He was always a fair and kind Manager, and he helped me out early in my career. I hope he enjoyed many fine years in retirement. My sincere condolences to his family.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family, Especially Michelle who was with him until the end. Larry and I traveled and played a lot of golf together over the years and usually were
partners. It has been a number of years since he has been able to play. To keep in touch with him, I made it a point to call him on my home after every round I played and we discussed the round. Thought it was something I was doing for him. Just finished around of golf today and realized that I felt a great loss not having him to call . He will be missed.
