KINS JEROBOANS SISTER’S TRIBUTE TO OUR BELOVED BROTHER.
Oh! Death where is thy sting? Oh! Grave where is thy victory? 1Corinthians 15:55. It still beats our imagination that our beloved brother is no longer with us.
We still have memories of our growing days and how we used to eat from the same plate, which deepened the bond of sisterhood and brotherhood amongst us. How much we can recall; The big brother role you always played when we were sick, you are the one who took us to the hospital, explaining the nature of our sickness to the doctor, you would carry us with Baba’s bike riding along the bush paths and riding through the ever busy express road before getting home. You were always there for us, your sisters whom you never allowed anyone to bully or beat. You were the captain of our team of six, you being the only male. You were our ever ready soldier, always ready to fight and defeat anyone who beat us before asking us what happened and your comment will always be “una dey find troubleooo”. You were so blessed with different talents and we are happy you explored each of them and passed your musical skill to some of your children: Karl, Michael, Fefe and the Crew are making waves with their skits showing their everyday life in an excellent way. You were so friendly and funny, giving everyone a nickname.
You related with everyone with humility and great respect. You loved your children and your wife so much that you were called Dada. You taught them how to cook and eat African food; Ogbono soup and fufu, egusi soup, jollof rice; even making our Baby Zion a fan of spicy food. You made your family serve God in spirit and in truth, teaching them to hold on to faith in our Lord Jesus.
Dada was fun to be with, he was an excellent story teller and always checked in on us, called us and asking about everybody and made sure Mama was always well.
How come you didn’t remember to wait to see Zion, Ezekiel, Juju, and Fefe grow into successful men and women before your exit? Dada, the pain of losing you is unbearable, so we will no longer hear your soothing voice, your prayers and those funny nicknames you gave to each of us. LORD, please heal our broken hearts and give us the strength and the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss, in Jesus name. Dada, as you are fondly called, we your sisters(Agnes, Vivian, Emily, Choice and Judith) love you so much, but God loves you best. Our team captain, our beloved Brother, keep resting in the bossom of the Lord till we meet on the resurrection day. Hallelujah 🙌🙌🙌
The exit of God’s General. This is a moment of solemn assembly, a moment of reflection for all who are alive especially today the 9th March 2023, for there is no repentance in the grave. The quality of life and how you live your life matters in the sight of God. You lived well.
My beloved brother❤️, you were a warrior, you came, you saw and you conquered. I miss you so so much, my only brother, a jolly good fellow, multi talented, God’s own General, a man of principle, a lover of his family, all who came across with you can testify to your caring and loving nature. I appreciate God for the life you lived, a better life with your precious wife Mellisa and children and I know you are in a better place where we will meet again on the resurrection day. We your family love you but God love you more. Continue to rest in the bossom of the Lord
