Kevin House

Kevin House left us far too soon, passing away peacefully on Saturday, April 15th surrounded by his loving family and friends in Newport News, Virginia.
Kevin, 45, was born in Las Vegas NV and spent early childhood years in Germany before coming to Newport News and growing up there. He was a gifted saxophone player and established a successful career as an exemplary chef. He enjoyed creating unique dishes and was a true artist in the kitchen who took great pride in his craft. Outside of work, he enjoyed spending time with his beloved daughter and family and rooting for his Pittsburgh Steelers.
Kevin is survived by his beloved daughter Rhiannon, his parents Jim & Martha, his brothers Chris House, Neil Hultberg, & Matt Cox, his Aunt Mary, his niece Kasidi & nephew Ethan, and
numerous friends.
A celebration of his life is forthcoming and the family has requested donations to be sent to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of North Carolina – Virginia (lls.org) LLS Southeast (North
