John Thomas Parker, 57, of Virginia Beach passed away Wednesday December 30, 2015. He was formerly employed by Chesapeake Bay Contractors, Contractors Paving, and the City of Virginia Beach Public Utilities.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Elizabeth Hicks, brother; Jeffrey Parker and wife Greta: sister, Julie Delaney, nephews, Dr. Daniel Parker and Steven Sahr Jr. and niece, Katie Boyea and husband Mike. He was predeceased by his father, Jack Thomas Parker.
