To Janet’s Family and Friends you have My Sincere Condolences

The Beach
You loved the beach and a special spot
that you shared with family, friends and myself, a lot.
We had many beautiful days there, like you.
Although some days were cloudy, we still got through.
One of my favorite things we did were writing notes to each other,
but you never got to see the one I wrote on the boardwalk this February past.
With tears in my eyes and joy in my heart, I now know you see it at last.
In one of these special notes you had written me had what we called “our song” included.
As before, every time I hear that song it touches my mind, heart and soul and will never ever be excluded.
I know you had to go, oh but I will miss you so! By God’s grace, I know you are in a better place.
