Virginia Beach- Jim Miller passed away peacefully in the early morning hours on January 26, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, Rudolph and Sara and his daughter Ashley Miller. Jim is survived by his son, Ryan Miller of South Carolina. He was a loving father, loyal friend, master craftsman and talented musician. He will be dearly missed. A Memorial Service will be held at Foundry UMC in Virginia Beach, Friday February 3rd at 3 PM.
