Jacqueline Marie Fisher, 64, of Norfolk, passed away on November 28, 2016. She was born on May 9, 1952 to the late Bennie and Emma (Gephardt) Hogge in Brooklyn, NY.
Jacqueline is well known for her giving spirit and loving personality.
Jacqueline is survived by her loving husband, John; children, Timothy Wacker, Shannon Hellwege, Angela Touby, and Michelle Johnson; siblings, Robert Hogge and Teresa Kassab; and 10 grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Thursday, December 1, 2016, 6pm-8pm at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 5792 Greenwich Rd., VA Beach. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016, 11:30 a.m. at the Ingleside Baptist Church, 925 Ingleside Rd, Norfolk, followed by an interment at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Norfolk.
