Gwendolyn Mae Rigney, 62, passed away Monday March 25, 2016. She was employed in Medical Billing of an insurance company and was an avid supporter of the Humane Society and Locks of Love.
Gwen was preceded in death by her father, Willie Lee Still; mother, Joan Rae (Butler) Still; brother, John Lee Still and sister, Jackie Root.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Patricia Drum and husband, Raymond; three grandchildren, Troy Horton, Christopher Drum and Lauren Werthmann; three sisters, Frances Smith, Mary Chavarria and Judy Dawson; brother, Wayne Lemings.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, April 15, 2016 at St. Bede Catholic Church, 3686 Ironbound Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188.

I am sorry to hear of Gwen’s passing. I did not know her very well but she was very dedicated to her job, spunky and energetic. She was always a pleasure to talk to. My condolences to her family.
I worked with Gwen at TCI Cablevision for a lot of years. We were close Facebook friends. I will truly miss her.
I worked with Gwen at BCBS. I can’t say enough good things about her. She was dedicated to her family and friends. I referred to her as #Gwenthebomb.com#. I will miss her but she is forever in my heart.
I worked with Gwen and she was sweet lady. RIP Gwen and peace to her family.
I met Gwen at TCI / Cox Cable in Tulsa, OK. We were co-workers whom became very good friends. through the years we has many good memories and long conversations. RIP my friend!!!!
