I am so sad for all of you with the loss of Skip. I always felt Skip snd I had much in common, not just working at the Colonial Lounge and sharing an appartment when we were both single in Lynchburg, and being in the Navy at the same time. I knew him to be one of the most humble and kind friends I ever had. Even though we haven’t been able to get together for a lot of years, I will always feel the loss when I think of his passing. May God bless the family in all of its loss. Also, Cathy (who I met when sharing the apartment) and I thank you for posting his death notice in the Lynchburg paper.
