My heart is saddened for Fred’s wife Jane, and his family. He truly was a very special man and leaves a wonderful legacy for his family. Everyone who knew him will have their own memories and will miss him.
My heart is also at peace because Fred is with the Lord, whom he loved very much.

My pal for over 35 years. We shared everything and looked out for one another on a daily basis. I’m so sad.

I only have wonderful memories of Fred for these last 9 years since I have known him. We both served together on the Hampton Roads Leadership Prayer Breakfast. Fred loved the Lord so much, loved the prayer breakfast and I am so grateful these last years that we had taken the time to honor him for the length of time he served on this board. We will honor you again this year!
Fred always put God first and always had a smile on his face. His servitude for the Lord was evident in all of our interactions. Fred, you will be missed here but we will see you again! I can’t imagine his reunion in heaven with Jesus! Fred, you lived well, served Jesus well and now great is your reward in heaven!!

“Big Fred” as i knew him, always had a smile, and a warm hug. He had so much insight to so many things. He loved his family and truly loved sharing his wisdom with all of them. He has always had a special place in my heart. My heart hurts for his wife, Jane and all his family.

My condolences to the Enos family. May Fred rest in peace. I knew Fred from the NPD and the NSO. He was a good man, who I respected. Our circle of retirees has gotten smaller.
