Frank Sowieralski was born on November 27. 1927 in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He passed away on November 19, 2020 in Virginia Beach Virginia. Altmeyer Funeral Home- Southside is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
Frank will be returning home to Erie Pennsylvania, where Brugger Funeral Home and Crematory will assume responsibility for the remainder of final arrangements.
