Frances Wharton Richardson

Hampton – Frances Wharton Richardson, 88, passed away on September 11, 2015, in Hampton, VA. She is survived by one daughter, PamelaAnne Bevley, of California.
Ms. Richardson was a long-time client of Jewish Family Service of Tidewater. She had been fondly cared for by the PAM staff at JFS for many years.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 11:00 am in Forest Lawn Cemetery, with Rev. Robert Farrell officiating. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.altmeyerfh.com
