Eugene C. Rinker U.S. Army Retire, 80, of Newport News, VA passed away, Friday, April 8, 2022, surrounded by his loved ones.
Eugene served proudly for his country in the Vietnam war.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife of 50 years Mrs. Donna J. Rinker, his son Philip “Pete”, his daughters Elizabeth “Beth”, Bonnie, Susan “Susie”, and son-in-law Randy.  His grandchildren are Amber, Jason, Brittany, Marques Jr., Heather, Holly, Dontae, and Nadia. As well as 8 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Friday, April 15, 2022, 4 pm-6 pm at Altmeyer Funeral Home- Denbigh Chapel. 12893 Jefferson Ave, Newport News, VA 23608.
