I was wishing Nonie and Clark (by email) a happy 59th wedding anniversary yesterday (my wife and I share the same date of 10 Aug), when I discovered that she had passed away last November. Nonie’s passing came as a shock. I am saddened by her loss as we had built a friendship through the shared genealogy interest we had piecing together “our” family tree. As it turns out we are second cousins. Her help filled in a lot of holes about parts of the family that we each knew only a little about. I had tried contacting Nonie a couple of times this past year and was a bit concerned that I had not heard back. We last corresponded a year ago when she told me that she was only two years away from celebrating her 60th wedding anniversary . My sincerest sympathy goes out to Clark and sons for your loss. Nonie was a wonderful person and will be missed.
I was saddened to learn of the passing of Nonie Swanson, She was such a kind woman and will be greatly missed. I have so many childhood memories of spending time at the Swanson’s, the 7 acres, learning to water ski and the many meals I had there. God bless CANS.
Luke, we are so sorry to hear of your moms passing. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Sorry to hear of the great loss of Mrs. Swanson. She was a kind women with a great sense of humor and was very good to all of the friends of her sons when we were growing up. I will always remember her Boston Terrier, Prudence, and her big green station wagon we all rode in,
Sincerely,
Bob Maxwell
