Deborah L. Dumalo, 56, went home to be with the Lord on July 21, 2016 in Virginia Beach. She was the daughter of Albert Karopchinsky and Virginia Smith, born in Baltimore Maryland on October 12, 1959. Deborah was a LPN who touched and changed the lives of many. She is survived by Tina Ricks, Ciarra Dumalo, Brad Baluyut, and 8 grandchildren. Please contact family members for memorial service details.
