I was blessed to have my PopPop for 30 years. You were like a father to me. You are by far the best soul I’ve ever met and I will miss you deeply. I love you Papa & I always will. Things are so different without you I hope ur with my sister and your wife of 60 years my grandmother. Forever young in heart, so proud to be your grandson, I learned how to be a better man because of your love.

My Dearest Daddy,
I will love you far beyond the realms of this Earth. I miss you and Ma and Amanda and ALL of our GOOD people with you in Heaven. I am broken, I am sad, I am deeply lost without you. I know you wanted nothing more than for me to be able to keep your house, but you know I can’t. I will be OK. I want you to dance with mom forever in Heaven. I don’t want you worrying about me. I will never be the same without you but I thank you for your beautiful signs and I pray for nothing more than to see all of you again one day. Thank you for loving me, dancing with me on top of your feet as a child, teaching me how to fix things perfectly, thank you for being my everything!! Please tell everyone that I love them and miss them and kiss Mom and my Amanda I love you Dad ❤️

I had the pleasure of being Mr. Metz nurse at his Urology office. I will always remember his smile and humor. He was a pleasure to be around and brought joy to the everyone in the office every time he came in for an appointment. He will be dearly missed.

I was very sad to learn today that Dave Metz had passed away. He and Len were wonderful friends for many years to me and my late wife Linda L. Davis. He was a kind, good man with a boundless sense of humor. I believe he will be missed by all that knew him. I know that I will.

My Uncle Dave was a rare man. Positive, forward thinking, supportive and a risk taker. He and my Aunt were there for me at some very difficult points in my life. He was a true role model for all us in this life. He made the most of what he had and always found the capacity to give and love others.

When I graduated college he said “Matty, make it happen!” That sums it up so well. Thank you for sharing so much wisdom, humor and love with us all. I’ll miss you greatly. Rest In Peace ❤️

Sorry to learn of the passing of David. He and Lenore were two of the sweetest people and I was always delighted to chat with them at Temple, or anywhere else we ran in to them. My deepest condolences.
