David A. Mizell

Elizabeth City – David A. Mizell, 73, died March 2016. David was born in Norfolk, VA to the late Dellie A. and Myrtle Mae Higson Mizell. He had worked as a construction worker, enjoyed fishing and archery. David was predeceased by his wife, Frances Kay Cuthrell Mizell and a brother, James M. Mizell.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving siblings, Steve Mizell and wife, Elizabeth of Elizabeth City, NC and Linda Faye Virden and husband, Leon of Peoria, IL; and a host of other family and friends.
The family will receive friends at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Chesapeake on Friday from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm with a life celebration service immediately following.
