Celestino R. Ramos

Celestino Regulto Ramos, 75, died October 23, 2016. Mr. Ramos was born in the Philippines to the late Angel and Eleuteria Regulto Ramos. He was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church where he had served as a head Elder, Deacon and Lay Preacher. Mr. Ramos was predeceased by his son, Ibarra Ariel Salazar Ramos.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 52 years, Perla S. Ramos; children, Maria Delia Ramos-Decano and her husband, Victor of Virginia Beach, Maria Victoria Ramos-Filomeno and her husband Bernardo of the Philippines, Maria Ana Ramos-Patalinghug and her husband, Samuel of the Philippines, and Mary Jean Ramos-Pasquinelli and her husband Reed of IN; daughter-in-law, April Ramos; sister, Gerarda Ramos Hernandez and brother, Precioso Ramos, both of CA; and 18 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
The family will be celebrating Mr. Ramos’ life on Sunday, October 30, 2016 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the Virginia Beach Seventh-day Adventist Church, 4136 Holland Rd., Virginia Beach with Pastor Abbey Reyes. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.altmeyerfh.com.
