Carroll Winston Arthur, Jr.,60, passed away in his home October 15, 2015.
He was born in Virginia to Princess Crawley Arthur and the late Carroll Winston Arthur, Sr.
He was a member of New Life Church in Virginia Beach.
Carroll is survived by his loving wife Pennie Arthur; son, Keith M. Wise; two daughters, Mitra Arthur and Kelsey Arthur; three step-daughters, Stephanie Estaris, Jacqueline Estaris, and Rudi Estaris; mother Princess Crawley Arthur; brother Kelvin Arthur and wife Valerie; and three grandchildren, Keiley Skinner, Mikko Skinner, and Jovanni Estaris-Dunson; and several brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, aunts, uncles and a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Curtis M. Arthur.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2015 at 11:00am at New Life Church, 1244 Thompkins Ln, Virginia Beach.

My prayers are with Carroll’s family. He was always a gentleman even as a kid. I only know good things to say about him. He was smart, kind, and he and his brother Curtis were extremely neat and well dressed always. Goodbye my friend, you have join the “Angels”
