Bruce Lee McMillan

Bruce Lee McMillan, 41, passed away February 5, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family.  He was born on January 6, 1975 to Bruce E. McMillan and the late Bonnie McMillan in Oklahoma.  Bruce Lee was passionate about life, he enjoyed wrestling, watching the Redskins play and cheering on the Hampton University basketball team.  When he wasn’t at a game, Bruce Lee loved spending time with his family, playing video games or just relaxing at home watching Full House. Bruce is predeceased by his mother Bonnie McMillan; brother Billy Powell and sister Wendy Langley.  He is survived by his father Bruce E. McMillan; sisters Renee Sullivan, Glenda Robins, and Linda Cullipher; brother Mike Powell; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family would like to thank the Hampton University Pirates basketball team for all of the visits and inspiration they provided Bruce Lee, and a special thank you to Brian Hannigan who spent so much time taking Bruce Lee places and spending so much time with him.  A memorial service to celebrate Bruce Lee’s life will be held Tuesday, February 9, at 6:30pm at Victory Baptist Church, 445 Shelton Rd.
