Angela Lynn Monroe born in Syracuse NY on March 2, 1977, raised in Virginia Beach, VA. Angela was 46 years old on May 4, 2023. She was unexpectedly called home and reunited with her late mother Anita kavanaugh and her sister Amy Nicoson. She lived as a devoted loving, caring, attentive and astonishingly strong mother, wife, sister, daughter and best friend. She was always eager and made her self available to help anyone she could. Angie always had something to make someone laugh, even in the most difficult times, she was always ready to make you giggle. Hear her laugh when you think of her.
She is predeceased by her father, Keith Kavanaugh of Virginia Beach.
Angela is survived by her husband, Seacer Monroe Jr, her children, Morgan Hiller, Maia Monroe, Seacer Monroe III, and Megan Cheatham; sister, Amanda kavanaugh, She had so many others whom called her their mother or sister. To those whom she left behind, know that she loves hard and will make you remember her and will live through her loved ones daily. She will remain a one of kind soul who touched the life of every single person she has ever come across. She truly was and always will be an angel.
