Andrea Lynn Briner “Annie” of Virginia Beach, Virginia passed away on June 14, 2016 at the age of 31. Annie was born on December 30, 1984 on a U.S. military base in Nurnberg, Germany. Shortly after her birth, she moved with her parents, Wayne and Tammy, and sister, Rachel, to her father’s home state, New Hampshire. She lived with her family in Penacook and then Bow, NH. She spent much of her childhood playing “house,” putting on dance shows, singing and goofing around with her sister, friends and cousins. Annie moved with her family to Virginia Beach, Virginia in late November 1998. Annie graduated from First Colonial High School in June 2003. After high school, she had a series of jobs. At one such job, RK Chevrolet, she met her future husband, Doug Briner. Annie later found what she would describe as “the best job ever” in government contracting. She was able to go to work and spend time with some of her best friends all day. Annie married Doug on June 27, 2015. It was a beautiful day and she was a beautiful bride.Annie loved to sing, dance and be goofy. She truly loved and appreciated her family and friends. She lived life to the fullest. Her outlook on life was tattooed to her body:Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the number of moments that take our breath away.

Annie, ever since I heard the news of your passing, I just can’t get you out of my mind. It’s made me wish that as we got older that life didn’t change and friendships drifted apart.we may not have been as close in the past as we were in high school, but my heart still hurts to hear your no longer here. I hope your at peace

Growing up with our crazy family had it ups and downs. As kids I always look forward to our summers because I got to see you and Rae. It was the best thing to apple pie. As we grew older and drifted apart I never once stop loving you cousin. I have and always will value your respect because you’re that type of person who would drop everything just to spend time with the ones you love the most. I Love you Annie from every tear drop running down my face to every heart beat. I hope you’re with grandpa looking at all of us and seeing all the lives you have touch. I’m going to miss you so much
Rest in beautiful peace my fantastic, loving cousin,
<3 <3 <3 Mandy
