I remember when Amelia was admitted to St. Mary’s. She has always been a very dainty, beautiful sole. She toughed many people’s hearts. I am sure she is looking in on us from heaven and seeing how much she is missed. May her family be comforted knowing Amelia is not in pain anymore and in a better place. God bless you and give you peace.
My condolences to the family. When losing a loved one it can be unbearable. In the Bible book of Isaiah 25:8 Jehovah God promises soon to “swallow up death forever.” He also promises to bring back those who have fallen asleep in death (Acts 24:15). In a little while longer this kind of pain will be a thing of the past (Revelations 21:4). May these scriptures bring you comfort in this difficult time (jw.org)
Into the freedom of wind and sunshine
We let you go
Into the dance of the stars and the planets
We let you go
Into the wind’s breath and the hands of the star maker
We let you go
We love you, we miss you, we want you to be happy
Go safely, go dancing, go running home
Rest in His Hands.

Dear Family and friends of Amelia, this young lady taught me many things throughout the times I was blessed to spend with her. She is always going to remain in my heart “THE” beauty queen with all of her fancy clothes, jewelry, and the true presentation of what a lady is. Her smile lit up any room, and I for one feel blessed to have known you Amelia. Now you are a beautiful rose in heavens garden. Until we meet again you will forever hold a special place in my heart.
Love always,
Rachelle Bowser
Melie Belie, Amelia, thank you for teaching me to be a better person and to live compassionately, listening intently and answer genuinely. Your life taught us all to look deeper and have no expectations but be amazed by everyone’s capabilities. I will miss you soooo much, but know you are dancing with many friends in Heaven……
My sweet, sweet Amelia!!! You were a beautiful person inside and out! I still remember your warm loving smile and greeting when I met you for the first time. Me as a new new nurse was petrified by you faith and trust in me gave me the biggest boost in confidence. You made me a better person! And I am forever grateful!!! I have not seen you in awhile but my heart still aches knowing you are not on this earth anymore but it also is full of joy knowing in heaven you are able to do all the physical things you always wanted to do. I sure hope God lets you wear all your beautiful jewelry and fancy dresses that you loved so much! They will go perfect with the beautiful wings you have earned. I love you! Myra, you are in my thoughts and prayers. You raised a perfect young lady! I’m always here if you guys need me! Love, Jenny Boyd
